My name is Brandon Woodard, and I am your Personal Development Coach. Either improving your personal finances, pursing an inspiring career, or becoming a better spouse, parent, friend, or overall person, I am here to help you. I am a Certified Professional Life Coach through The Certified Life Coach Institute and a Certified Leadership Trainer, Speaker, and Professional Coach with The John Maxwell Team. I completed my Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Liberty University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and Development from Bluefield College. I have over 23 years’ experience in organizational management, financial leadership, operation development and professional life coaching. I am a certified church administrator and previously served on the National Board of Directors for The Church Network.

I encourage and guide clients on a range of professional and personal issues. As your personal development coach, I will help you uncover the information about yourself that you never knew existed or that you have never felt comfortable sharing with others.

During the process, we will analyze and break down your current situation, discover limiting beliefs, identify any blocks and obstacles you are facing, and build a plan of action to help you access the outcomes and life that you desire. Personally, as a father, I understand the frustrations, stress, and complexities in parenting a special needs and physically ailing child. Knowing how to manage your mental health is imperative to your wellbeing and to those you care for. I have a passion in working with parents, specifically men who aspire in becoming better fathers.

As your Personal Development Coach, I won’t offer a diagnosis or “cure all” answer. As my client, you will have the full opportunity to discover what it is you want to change or enhance in your life, career, finances and how to do it in ways that works for you. I am an action-oriented coach that will help with your personal and professional projects, goals and/or transitions.

When I am not working, I make time to enjoy weightlifting, grilling, interior decorating, building, and repurposing furniture and living spaces. I enjoy spending time with my wife and three older and almost out-of-the house children!

It will be a pleasure to walk with you on this journey. Let’s build a life with purpose!
